Class Should I Choose? |

| Level I | Students new to Iyengar yoga, or those who prefer a slower pace class. Anyone with a physical limitation, recovering from an injury, or prenatal/post partum. |
| Level I-II | Beginning and continuing students. Slightly quicker pace and slightly longer holds, plus foundations for inverted postures. |
| Level II | Continuing students. Quicker pace, longer holds. Builds repertoire of postures and ropework; further develops inverted postures. |
| Level III | More advanced poses, longer holds. |
| BodyWise
Yoga Studio specializes in small classes (4-14 students) with a high degree
of personal attention so that students understand correct action right
from the start, receiving maximum benefit from the poses. |
