Which Class Should I Choose?
Level I Students new to Iyengar yoga, or those who prefer a slower pace class. Anyone with a physical limitation, recovering from an injury, or prenatal/post partum.
Level I-II Beginning and continuing students. Slightly quicker pace and slightly longer holds, plus foundations for inverted postures.
Level II Continuing students. Quicker pace, longer holds. Builds repertoire of postures and ropework; further develops inverted postures.
Level III More advanced poses, longer holds.
BodyWise Yoga Studio specializes in small classes (4-14 students) with a high degree of personal attention so that students understand correct action right from the start, receiving maximum benefit from the poses.
Rates: Drop-in:
$16 per class
 

Prepaid:  (2-hour classes: add $2)
4 classes per month $52 ($13/cl.)
8 classes per month $96 ($12/cl.)
12 classes per month $125
Unlimited classes per month $135

Private Instructions (with Kathy): $95 per hour

Special weekend workshops offered at various times. Call Studio.
